Texas Hold em Tutorial

Many people have heard about Poker Texas holdem and don’t know the rules.
So here they are.
In the first round of betting after the players are dealt with two cards, three cards (the flop) are turned over, belonging to everyone player’s hand at the table. The hand you need to assemble is the combination of the flop and the initial two cards.
Another round of betting followed after the first flop and one more card (turn card) is turned over. A third round of betting followed again and then a fifth community card (called river) is turned over.
In the fourth and final round of betting, the remaining players whom are still in show their hands, in which the best 5-card hand out of the seven cards is the winner.

During the game, a player may wish to bet, fold (relinquish one’s hand), raise (wage an amount that succeeds the previous bet), or check (bet to the next action player sitting to the left without folding hand) in accordance with one’s position in the game.

There are different betting structures in Texas Holdem -- Limit, No Limit and Pot Limit. In Limit Texas Holdem, bets and raises are set at a fixed amount whereas in No Limit games, the maximum bet is determined by the number of chips possessed by any player at any given time. In Pot Limit Holdem, the number of bets and raises is limited to the amount of chips that has been accumulated in the pot at a given time.
